Goal: The task I have with this profile is to try and get an authenticated photo of this individual. He is among the no-photo contingent at NamUs. As he went missing in 1998, social media will not likely yield one since those websites came around after that year. I think the best way of opening up this case is to find a family member that's willing to be interviewed.
