Missing Persons Commentary has a new home. This article, along with new case research and commentary, is now being published on my new WordPress website: Missing Persons Commentary.

If you have followed my work here on my old Blogger website, I encourage you to start using the new WordPress site instead. The new site is where I will be building the publication going forward, adding new articles, case research, updates, and other material concerning missing persons, unidentified persons, unsolved mysteries, true crime, and related subjects.

Featured Article: Linda Leola Grover

One of the newest articles examines the disappearance of Linda Leola Grover, a Rosebud Sioux woman who was reported missing from South Dakota. Her case was added to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) in August 2026, despite her disappearance dating back many years.

The article looks closely at the information currently available in NamUs and identifies an important discrepancy concerning the date of Linda's disappearance. NamUs identifies December 4, 2001, as her last contact, while another South Dakota government source reportedly gives August 1999 as the year she went missing.
